I've enjoyed working closely with Susan for 2+ years on implementing a large-scale, global CRM program. She was acting as our Scrum Master and Solution Factory Process Lead, however was also very involved in other areas of our program as needed - including Testing, problem management, project planning, etc. Susan is extremely proactive, dedicated, and versatile. She took the lead on driving our digital transformation to the AGILE methodology by defining our team's standard sprint cadence, activities, and processes. She also trained our entire team in the new Agile ways of thinking and working, and put it into practice by facilitating PI planning sessions, backlog grooming, daily stand ups, retrospectives, and many other meetings.
